3. 학습 내용

1. 명사절을 이끄는 접속사(S,C,O,전치사의 목적어 역할을 함)
   
   

• that :~라는 것 (주어, 목적어, 보어로 쓰임).. It~ that 구문이 전부 이것
          목적어절을 이끄는 that은 생략가능
  in that ~라는 점에서, given that+S+V ~을 감안하면, except that ~을 고려한다면, ~라는 점을 제외하고  
  ex)주어: That the store needs more employees is certain. (It ~that으로 가능)
     목적어:He knows (that) he should pay the bill. (that생략가능)
      보어: Her hope is that she can move in next week. 
  
  

• if 절은 동사의 목적어, 보어역할만 가능(1.접:~인지 아닌지(명사절) 2.부사절:~라면)

• whether 1.접,~인지 아닌지(명사절) 2.이든지 아니든지 상관없이(부사절) 
  
  

• whether, if
  (단, 주어로 쓰일때는 if가 아닌 whether만 쓰인다)                  ex)Whether the price will increase is unknown.
  (전치사의 목적어일 때 역시 whether만 쓰일 수 있습니다)        
  ex)The shop's owner is still talking about whether the operating hours are too short or not.
  (if와 달리, whether는 뒤에 절이 아닌 toV구가 와서 whether to do의 형태로 쓰입니다)
  ex)He hasn't decided whether to take out a lease. 그는 임대계약을 맺을지 아닐지를 결정하지 않았다. 
      Members of the homeowners association will discuss whether to install (whether to do) security cameras near the gate. 
  
  

2. 시간, 이유의 부사절 접속사

• because, as, since, now that, in that ~이기 때문에, ~이므로

3. 조건,양보,기타의 부사절 접속사

• as ~한대로, ~하는 것처럼,~하면서(동시동작&동시상태)

• so that[in order that] ~하기 위해서, ~이 되도록

• so+형용사[부사]+that, such+a[an]+형용사+명사+that 매우~ 해서 ~하다.
  ex)The jewelry was so beautiful that we decided to buy it. 그 보석은 매우 아름다워서 우리는 그것을 사기로 결정했다. 
  ex)The hospital had such a crowded waiting room that some people had to stand. 
       병원은 매우 혼잡한 대기실이 있어서 몇몇 사람들은 서 있어야 했다.

• 의문대명사+ 불완전문장

• Since는 전치사로서 시간의 의미(~이래로)만 있지만
