Multiple Intelligence Theory

In the 1980's Howard Gardner created the theory of multiple intelligence, which is based on the idea that individuals have at least seven distinct intelligences that can be developed over a lifetime.
: Brainstorm a list of possible classroom activites for each intelligence type.


The Eight Intelligences

  1. Verbal/Linguistic Intelligence (speaking , learning new vocabulary)
    :Hangman, Question
     
  2. Logical/Mathematical Intelligence (thinking, logical)
    :
    sudoku, bingo, tracking

  3. Visual/Spatial Intelligence: (reading maps, parking, architect)
    :미로, Find some country, pop up book, puppets, painting, drawing

  4. Musical Intelligence(rhythm)
    :play musical instruments, sing a song

  5. Bodily/Kinesthetic Intelligence(physical, athletics. playing dreama, dancing)
    :basket ball, baseball, ddancing

  6. Interpersonal Intelligence(public, salesperson, teacher, good at relationship)
    :role play, changing each others seats. introudece

  7. Intrapersonal Intelligence (shy, solving problems, poetry, writing songs)
    : homework, research

  8. Naturalist Intelligence( study of nature, farmer, mountain climbing, animals, plants, weather, seasons)

*Imagination is more important than knowledge.
